Path into a professional future
The project aims to integrate young people aged 16 to 27 - NEETs: “Not in Education, Employment or Training” - into the world of work.
Its approach is based on a combination of direct contact with young people at their locations and various social media campaigns. Via a simple QR code registration, participants receive initial counselling from experts and potential solutions for a possible career path.
Through its extensive network, JOBLINGE gAG Ruhr has access to more than 200 companies willing to help young, motivated people enter the world of work despite partially lacking qualifications. The young people and the companies are then brought together in various formats to discuss training opportunities.
To support young people in overcoming the challenges of an apprenticeship, the programme is supplemented by “basecamp by JOBLINGE”, an agile learning space accompanying participants on their personal journey.
